2 Samuel 18:9 tells of Absalom riding a mule, and the mule went under
some oak trees, Absalom got his head (or hair, depending on the
translation) caught in the trees and got stuck. His mule went on without
him. Mule, not donkey (or ass). That's about as close as you'll find.

Nowhere - it's an Urban Myth, also ascribed to Jesus and Saul. Of course, because the Bible doesn't actually say that, the whole 'elastic skin' joke isn't funny.
