Well sometimes just getting your name out there and shocking people using reverse tactics works.

DID YOU DO YOUR BEST? IF YES YOU'rE NOT A FAILURE.
I did my best and I'll NOT let anyone nor myself put me down. I worked with what I had and what I knew to do as right. I did my best. I'm happy.
Beating yourself up will not change your loving work. You are welcome to continue putting yourself down. But I saw a comment once from you that said something like this "I'm a Christian Woman." I'm done 😊

That I don't have as much control over my life as I want to ... Or over myself for that matter.  I'm a work in progress though so that's fine :)

My age! I don't have kids so I never realize how old I am until I see my friends kids, who have kids of their own. How did I get to be old enough to be a grandmother?

Because you endured, Gator. Advancing age is an achievement, the extension of this gift of life. We can both name people who've not made it this far. Cheers. Z

It took me a good 3-4 years to let go of God.

So ingrained was my indoctrination, that it was something I toiled with moving from Born Again Christian to Deism (and that which lays in between), then from Deism to Agnostic . . . Agnostic Atheism, to just Atheism.

So, it was very difficult and by no means something I was able to switch "Off" like a light switch.
