With the qualification that I am not a direct practitioner of Judaism, I can tell you what I learned from people on Ask.com. And that is, Judaism is more a way of life than a religion...furthermore, there is a fully acknowledged branch of Judaism that is atheist.
So, if my sources are correct, belief in a Supreme Being is not a necessary criterion for Judaism.
