Are Fairies Real?

I believe they exist because I don't think the entire world was wrong about seeing little people etc.

In Ireland they believe in faeries, because what we call ghost, they call faeries, and you don't want to mess with them. Hope this helps, good luck on your paper.

The above is wrong, angels were believed to exist long before the 1600's. They are rife throughout the bible and therefore well before the birth of christ, as genisis was written prior to Jesus. They should understand of what they speak. There was much fairy lore written however during the 1600's where the belief in Fairie's was probably most common and strong. Many attribute this to a diluted pagan belief in elemental entities and the common use of hallucinogenics like; wormwood, absinthe, opium and others. I do believe in elementals...not fairies to answer more directly. 8)
 

It also depends on where you live. In Ireland, what we call ghosts, they call fairies. They don't take the subject lightly either.

what I can say is .. Fairies are for real.. !! ..  But the fact is you should feel them.. :) ..

Yes they do really exist as do may of the Deva kingdom. May kids see them clearly early in their life while others see them as tadpoles of light in the air - blinking in and out in an instant. Fortunately now digital cameras are capturing them in photos. I have quite a few and I see the little flashes a lot.

Of course there are fairies. You might think some look like bugs whose butts light up at night. No,, they're fairies trying to get you to chase them so you'll fall off the path & lose your way home. They got to have fun too!

I think so. Magic is possible, so why should they not be real? The super natural is all around us, so they could be real.

When I was younger,I you can say I went into a "fit" and was grabbing the skin on my face... Now my parents said I went into the faires..? What does that mean? And are fairies really,real? My boy friend and his friend was walking in the woods and it was called a fairy"path" and while he was walking he saw two eyes,and it was getting closer and closer then disapeard all of a sudden the"fairy" came popped in front of him he said it was a little man and had a trench coat on..and recently me and my boyfriend was parked in the car and a little ways away there was hills and all of a sudden the radio turned up full blast and we saw this figure all black running threw the hills? And he said a few days after we were parked on fairy paths?

I don't think they exist, and Angels can be you or I if you are at the right place at the right time that is your mission to assist and trust me you were sent by God, have you ever had someone say OH my I was sitting here wondering how I was going to do this or the other or you come upon a accident the person if able to speak and say things such as I was praying to god to send someone and you hear if it had been a few min longer the person would have died,we are his helpers he guides our path if we are worthy to be helpers....peace 

They exist, if you don't believe me, go to a bookstore and find the book "Fairytale, A True Story" Arthur Conan Doyle checked their story with Harry Houdini, (who is Jewish) so by their eyes and ears the pictures 11 year old girls took were fake except one of them.

None can ever prove that faries don't exist, like you can't prove that God,  Zeus... Don't exist. But you can't say that something exists just because you can't prove that it doesn't.
But if the fairies exist they definitely don't want to interact with us, (if I were a fairy I would do the same, just look a little around). We shouldn't search them. Please leave them alone.

They exist..as many other creatures we have never heard of or we have never imagined they do..
God is the only one who knows everything...so..never stop believing in creatures like faries...being a believer makes you happier , ...believe me and live your life to the fullest potential;)

Well,I have never seen them for real...I truly believe that there r somewhere those beautiful n magical creatures living n protecting us,which you people call fairies..Also I think that they too believe that human beings exist!!

Fairies are about the least likely thing to exist of all the 'fairytale creatures'. Lojikal is right, I think the belief in fairies started from pagan beliefs about natural spirits and stuff. Fairies do not exist.

Yes, fairies are real but only in Fairy Tails, ghosts are not fairies, they are spirits, and just to let you know, there are different types of fairies depending on the tail itself.

I would say fairies are real. Because I'm sure that no one would want to be treated like they don't exist and that can be hurtful. And there are evil fairies that will punish those who don't believe in them.

I guess really it depends on what you believe in.  I am a Luthern and as my religion states, there is only God and Jesus.  It means that if you see "fairies, ghosts, mermaids" or other "magical" creatures in they are just Demons.

We can't prove something unless we see it with our own eyes. But back then aliens didn't exsist but we have ufo all around. But if it helps there has been strange mummified boddies of small creatures that like like a child but bird like hollow bones and it's a genuin body so I hope it helps. You decide if the same creatures that we made up like 12,000 years a go or trust your instinct that will be your judge. ;)
