It means your cramping. Your womb is adjusting to a normal size but yours is attached to a fresh cut and it is new still (even at 5 months). As you adjust down to normal womb size and also go through the replenishing and shedding stage, it will still be tender some. Take some pain medicine, consult your doctor, and take a hot bath during that time. Your nerves have also been cut and below the c-section where it is numb feeling to the touch, it will itch inside where scratching the outside will have no effect. This is normal. Eventually, it will all subside over time. The second c-section will not be as bad because your body has already been though it and the part that hurts now will be numb and not feel as much with the next c section later. I know someone that had 4 c sections. She calls her cut, her smiley line because what caused it makes her smile.
I had a C-section almost 5 months ago. Today it hurt like hell and felt like my insides were hurting and it went to my back! What could this mean?
Some people can still feel pain up to a year later - In my opinion though this is still something to call or go to a doctor about to insure your saftey asking online you could get a lot of mixed answers and nobody is an expert in your health except for you and your doctor, if it is worrying you all the better reason to call someone who knows
