I don't get the question , because at the start you stated "If You Were" , so if you was either of them , then surely you would know if you was a drug dealer or not..no?

It's impossible to quantify, as appearances can be deceptive and it's often wrong to judge using criteria such as sociological sterotypes.Basically you can't judge a book by its cover.
