Dear Dakota MacKenzie,

I truly enjoy both working with others, and alone too. Actually, working with others probably has the edge - prefer that when possible.

Generally I prefer working by myself (as I often like to be alone anyway), but working with a small group can be nice, as long as I get on with them and they don't get annoyed if I need help with anything :)

Before I retired, I worked with a partner and it was always good because we worked well together. We always knew what the other was thinking.

When I had my shop, I had to work with many others and it was fine. We all got along good. But now that I'm retired? I work around the house by myself now. Either way is fine for me.

Depends on what the project is, but I think I usually prefer working by myself because sometimes other people just drag me down lol

It totally depends what the "work" is.

Both can be fun and a pay off on it's own terms. Preferable is to work alone and working with others has it's conditions for me. I always find myself a good leader, i manage to put everyone together and create a mutual goal. But there are conditions at the end. Specially when i'm very sensitive and serious about something that must be done. I want it to be done perfectly. The most important factor for me to accept to work with someone is that the partner be into communication and reaching a mutual understanding.

I prefer to work by myself....I tend to be a perfectionist with a strong work ethic.... I want things done right, so I usually do them myself.
