If I recall correctly, Netflix uses microsoft silverlight for the movies that are streamed online.
The movies most likely are protected, this kinda makes it pretty much not possible to download online streaming movies from Netflix, unless they have some option round their site that specifically says "download Netflix movie here" or something like this.
