I don't mind biology, actually, so that's fine...What math course(s) would I have to take, if I've already gone through algebra, geometry, pre-calc and trig? Is one of those still required to take in uni, as a supplement to animal behaviorism?

Almost certainly.  If you want to go into a field in the sciences but don't want to take science or math, you're in for a rude awakening.

Most of animal behavior is biology anyway, not psychology.
