'1 Praise the LORD, all you nations;
extol him, all you peoples.
2 For great is his love toward us,
and the faithfulness of the LORD endures forever.'
Deuteronomy is the second longest chapter in the Bible at 68 verses and 1997 words. Numbers 7 is the third longest chapter in the Bible at 89 verses and 1874 words.
The longest chapter in the New Testament is Luke 1 which consists of 80 verses and 1564 words.
