How do you know if you are damned and the devil owns your soul?

You know when you are damned if you cannot write or perform this...
"IN THE NAME OF THE FATHER, MOTHER, SON, HOLY, SPIRIT, AMEN."
You cannot deny what you cannot do.
How do you redeem your soul?
*You must save a life or lives in equivalent of what you have taken.
*You must equalize your sins.
If you committed abortion, then you must prevent an abortion.
If you committed molestation, then you must prevent molestation.

I think you're pretty safe unless you're an axe-murderer or someone equally bad!
