Here's what I would say.
Without any form of measurement, what would the distance from a table to a wall be? Well, there would be no such thing as distance. It would just. . .be there.
Without any way to measure time, what would time be? Nothing. It would just. . .be there.
I would say that time is definitely real, because even if we didn't have a way to measure time, our bodies would still grow old, and people would still become deceased.
Within each person, there is an internal clock that notifies your body of the rate that it's aging. If that weren't the case, how would our bodies know when to die? There would be nothing but conflict within conflict.
