The best way to get ice powers like Elsa from the movie Frozen would be to use some liquid nitrogen (simply the element nitrogen in liquid state, at a very low temperature). It's used for various things, including instantly freezing food in certain restaurants.
Dipping objects into a vat of liquid nitrogen would have the same effect as a blast from Elsa's magic powers... The item would freeze instantly.
Obviously, as liquid nitrogen is very cold, there is the risk of frostbite if it is not handled carefully. Serious problems can occur if nitrogen gas is also inhaled, so for these reasons it's best to have someone who knows what they're doing around to help when using liquid nitrogen. Wearing the correct safety equipment is a good idea too.
