I think you're asking the movie. “Nightcrawlers” is a term for freelance cameramen (Louis), seen here roaming LA after dark in search of lurid stories to sell to TV: As the dictum goes: “If it bleeds, it leads.” When he catches the eye of a shopworn news director (Rene Russo) who welcomes the chance to raise her station's ratings, Louis goes to increasingly greater lengths to catch the "money shot."

Member of the X-Men, Son of Mystique. Kurt Wagner was eventually abandon and adopted into a circus and eventually found by Charles Xavier and asked to join the X-Men. His back story line is much more interesting then this abbreviated version. He can Teleport and cloak his presence near shadows.
