its good to cry.

A weakness. At least for me.

Neither, its a human emotion.
I think crying is a sign that someone is comfortable expressing their emotions ... And that's a strength. (As long as they aren't "milking it" and doing it to be melodramatic that is. That's being manipulative)
It's just something that happens for a number of reasons, at least for me! Sadness, if I am in terrible pain, if I'm angry....so it's just something that happens!
I see it as a sign of weakness for me personally when I cry due to anger . I don't mind crying when I'm sad and I think it's healthy. But I absolutely hate crying when I'm angry or frustrated because then I feel like I look weak .. I'm NOT weak .. I'm just a bit overly emotional at times . That's fine , cos I said so.
No, tears are not necessarily a sign of weakness. As one medical journal expressed it: “The prohibition of the appropriate expression of tender emotion is both illogical and harmful . . . Expression of tender emotion, particularly crying, is one attribute that is uniquely human.”
