I'd take the wand. It can work at a much farther distance, and it would be a whole lot more fun. :)

A wand. Any regular person with a light sabre would almost surely decapitate themselves.

No contest, a wand! With a wand you can do all sorts of things. With a wand I can say a few words and "Poof!" my house is clean. Another few words and "Poof!" I am sitting on a beach with a drink with an umbrella in it. A light saber is just a weapon, which a wand can be use for just as well. "Poof" The enemy is an ant, that you then step on as you are say a few more word to go "Poof" again so you have that swimsuit ready body as you sip that umbrella drink.
I want the mother of all Fairy Wands. It will be epic!
