I'd like another option please cos those both sound suckish.
Would you rather walk on hot pavement in bare feet for 30 minutes or be held under water for 3 minutes?

Can I just set up a hot dog stand and watch from the sidelines?

I guess i'd prefer 3 minutes under water!
3 minutes under water would kill me so I guess I'll choose the hot pavement.
Some times when my feet itch, I choose the hot pavement, but I've a feeling the kind you are referring to is either just been poured, or the pavement in Texas at some location where it's 110 degrees in the shade . . . Resulting in second degree burns.
Perhaps being "Water boarded" might be prefereable to some so they know that death is not an option.
