Yes. Muslims can eat kosher foods (which comply with dietary restrictions in Leviticus and Deuteronomy of the Old Testament and maybe a few other scattered rules here and there). Halal just means "lawful." It doesn't mean "in the name of Allah." It doesn't mean "sacrifice" or "killing." It's not the method for slaughter (slaughter is "zabiha").
