There is always debate on how much foreskin needs to be removed in a Muslim circumcision.  The answer is simple - all of it.  An important factor for circumcision in Islam is to ensure that there are no bodily secretions (urine, sweat, smegma, etc) collected on the body.  Removal of the entire  foreskin ensures that there is no significant skin fold that will cause collection of urine or smegma on the penis.  When younger/pre-puberty males are circumcised and their entire foreskin is removed, the human body growth during puberty ensures that there is no loose skin on the penile shaft.

But When grown-up men convert to Islam and are circumcised, the human body is already grown and the penile shaft is not subjected to any post circumcision tightening - in this case extra care should be taken to ensure a tight circumcision is performed to ensure that there is little skin movement on the penile shaft post circumcision.
An easier way is to cut enough so that there is no loose skin left on the penile shaft that touches the glans (penis head) when the penis is flaccid (not erect).  This will ensure that the there is little or no skin movement when the penis is fully erect.

Muslim people are really fools. They destroy the penis sensations and the movement necessary to feel pleasure. This religion and culture is madness.
