First of all, Persephone is actually a goddess. She is the goddess of spring growth, but she is also queen of the underworld. Because she is goddess of spring growth, she wore flowy gowns and peplos. She would also wear flowers in her hair and on her peplos. She sometimes would be seen with a stick of grain in her hand.
Well actually I'm only 11 and doing a social studies project on ancient Greek mythology and was assigned to Presephone. Being assigned to Presephone, includes dressing up as her and having the same clothes, make-up, and gracefulness. The presentation is in a week, so I really need some help on how to dress up as her. Now, I do know that she is the godess is flowers and spring, so I want to probably wear a flower halo, and some kind of toga. I am only 11 so it can`t be low and short. Something greek and gracious. As I said, the project is in a week, so if anyone has any ideas I would really appreciate it. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help me! Thank you!!! :)
