I completely agree, but not quite sure what your question is asking. Your statement is certainly true; neither philosophy nor theology necessarily requires proof. There are branches of philosophy which uses evidence from science to underpin its views, but the difference is that science that is not based on experimental data is not science at all - the same can't be said of the other two disciplines.
