There is nothing wrong with it. Yoga is for a healthy body and mind.
Nothing. I just googled many aspects. What you've been reading are religous aspects given from mostly self appointed ministers/churches and the like, who have interpeted the bible to fit their own ideals. In all, most condemn yoga by fundamental religous caste. For example, Kundalini yoga is discussed as evil because of it's origins in Africa.
Though most all yoga derives from a culture/religion, to gain peace, tranquility, and give prayer, most people use the excercise for excercise, not religous conversion. If you choose a yoga program, ask the instructor if there is any mention of religous beliefs, prayers, or discussion givin during class.

Nothing at all
Yoga suits for all religions. Kundalini yoga gives us spontaneous flow of Joy & Happiness, greater peace and ability to stay calm in the face of storms, better health, more strength, energy, fitness & vitality
