Moses passed away on the mountain named Nebo, which overlooked the Promise Land. It is said that it was the word of God asking Moses to travel to Nebo and that Moses had been told that he would die within minutes after taking a look at the 'Promised Land'.
It is also said that God himself attended the funeral of Moses. However, speculations as to how Moses died? And who dug his grave? Still remain.
