If a person asks Jesus Christ into their hearts and lives, asks for forgiveness and truly wants to have Him change their life, they are saved and will go to Heaven. If a person chooses not to accept Christ into their lives and continues to live without Christ, they will not be saved.

Interesting question. What do I believe is required to go to hell? Hmmm. My Catholic upbringing rings of do's and do not's for this particular punishment... However, my true and personal belief is that a person would have to openly deny God. Not just say that God does not exist, but deny LIFE, COMPASSION, BEAUTY, JOY. Do I believe certain things condemn a person... I'd like to think slaughtering another human being, or purposefully causing painful loss of one form or another might... But what if this same person spends the rest of their life trying to atone?
I BELIEVE that at the time of your death, you are given a choice by God, in person (so to speak) to follow and be forever blessed, or to wander aimlessly and lost forever.

A ... decent conspiracy must begin from religion!!! Till the year 1054 there was only one christian Church. Then the so-called Catholics made a new Church. Then with the holy Inquisition pursuited and obliged people to make innumerous other Churches. So, you must return to the old church, which now is represented by the Church of Russia!!! and the so- called Greek palaiohmerologites = those who follow the old, astronomically INACCURATE, julian calendar.

As i am not religious , i don't know however in light of my question is Satan evil i will answer to go to hell you need to be bad but if you truly study the bible then technically you can go to hell for going to the toilet please help me not be so cynical and if you can make me believe in God you are one amazing person! the bible agrees with what Ako said to an extent - the part about God being in us is true only once you put your trust in Jesus as your Savior then He sends the Holy Spirit to live in you.

I believe that only the pure evil go to hell.Anyone who is kind,anyone who helps people,anyone who is friendly,anyone who lives by justice,anyone who respects others,they won't go to hell.I think the way you behave is more important then what you believe-God won't send anyone to hell just for not being Christian.If they are nice people,they will get whatever reward they deserve-even atheists and Satanists.There's no point being a Christian if you just want to go to heaven,and if you don't love Jesus as a person.But I think you would be sent to hell if you DISRESPECT God,if you are cruel,if you murder,if you are a horrible bully,if you are selfish and treat others unfairly.Of course,only God knows a persons soul,so it depends on WHY they behave like that.I hate the way so many allegedly responsible ADULTS are really so stupid...

Look, I've read all of the NT from start to finish,and I know many of them versus.But I also know that God is good and fair and loves everyone and will judge them by how good they've been(Romans 2:6)(Matthew 12:36)(James 2:14).And I know that we're all terrible sinners.But if we repent and try to be good then God will save us.He would never cast any halfway decent person into eternal flame.

Lord Jesus is my saviour,friend,king and helper.But I just want to serve him,cos he was so kind and wonderful.I don't love him because I want to go to heaven,that would just be taking advantage of him and would be ridiculous!I love him as a person and for how good he is.

To end up in hell ....Why you would want that I can only guess..,but I can say you would end up there if you do the opposite of what God wants you to do...If you don't follow him then I guess you follow hell.
