Does anyone know what It's called when you have a nightmare when you're awake and aware of your surroundings but can't move?

I basically had a nightmare and i woke up but then the nightmare carried on and i could feel the pain (was having acid poured on me), my whole body was shaking but i couldn't move or speak and it all suddenly stopped when my alarm went off
