One would have to establish a deed was performed by "the Spirit" to assess its relation to divinity. As it stands, divinity itself is far too subjective a condition to be proven empirically as well.  Basically it's all in the mind of those who chose to accept it.

God's spirit is not a person, it is a tool that he uses to accomplish his purpose. Acts 2:1-6, shows that God's spirit was poured out on Jesus followers and they became filled with holy spirit and started to speak in different languages. So when this sound occurred,a crowd gathered and was bewildered, because each one heard them speaking in his own language." This help is followers to teach others about Jesus and that God had raised him from the grave.
