I don't think you summon a ghost especially with a qui ja board. This can summon evil spirits and this can have devastating effects on you as they do become violent believe it or not. When you summon a ghost in a group you create a circle of energy, thats why you all hold hands and if an evil ghost appears it will feed of this Energy and become strong and volatile. A peaceful ghost may take over you body and feed off your own energy. I wouldnt advise summoning ghosts at all.

I don't know why you would want to, they will kill you. You can learn I think through some groups that study that stuff.
Succubus don't feed off your life energy....they feed off of SEXUAL energy. In other words, they feed off of men's semen. They will **ck you dry every day.
Not always easy, sometimes it will work and others not. You can do a seance, but you need to make sure that nothing it set up so that things will move or show up when you are doing this.
