What Are The Sexual Positions Associated With The Zodiac Signs?

All twelve of the Zodiac signs have a sexual position associated with them - and they're a great way to spice up your sex life!

After consulting astrological sources, and from my own vast experience of the stars and the bedroom, here are the twelve sexual positions of the Zodiac. Enjoy!

• Aries: The hang-glider. This position is perfect for the adventurous Aries and is sure to send your partner sky high! Not for the faint hearted, or indeed a woman of my age, this one requires flexibility. Get your man to lie on the bed, drape your legs over his shoulders and cross your hands behind his back. This one is great for a spot of oral.

• Taurus: The scissor-blade. This position is perfect for the most accomplished star sign between the sheets (seriously, Taurus men are great in bed). Get your man to sit on the bed with his legs spread, then sit between his legs at a 90 degree angle so that your upper body is between his legs. One of your legs should be placed above his and the other below.

• Gemini: The lap dance position. This is a personal favourite of mine - get your man to sit down and face your back to him.

• Cancer: "Protect me" position. Another classic! Face your back to your partner and hold his thighs, while he penetrates you from behind! A great position if your partner is not exactly a looker!

• Leo: Alfresco frolics! Why not take your love-making outside for a change? Your fiery beast of a Leo man will be more than happy to agree to this adventurous move! 

• Virgo: Missionary. Apologies to more adventurous Virgos, but generally these conservative creatures like to go back to basics - not that there's anything wrong with that!

• Libra: The proposal position. Both of you need to kneel on the bed and face each other with your man placing his arms around your waist. All you have to do next is raise one of your legs over his opposite thigh. This one becomes a lot harder when you have a hip replacement!

• Scorpio: Superwoman! Is it a bird? Is it a plane? No, it's those lucky ladies who go to bed with a Scorpio each night! Lay on the bed with your arms outstretched, about a shoulder's-width apart. Your man then kneels down behind.

• Sagittarius: The bridged-over position. You need to lie on your back and raise your body up with your palms. Your man kneels in front and holds your thighs.

• Capricorn: Rude rider. This one is identical to cow girl except the man should raise the woman with his hands under her thighs. This one is good if you have a lazy partner.

• Aquarius: Sit on me. It's all in the name with this one! Sit on your man's lap and lift your legs over his shoulders. Again, this one gets a whole lot more difficult with age.

• Pisces: The animal. You should lie on you back with your stomach up and your legs folded at the knees. To make this position easier you may wish to use some cushions for support. Your man should then approach you from the front
