What do you mean specifically.  My answer would vary depending on what exactly you are asking.  I am a reincarnation of a Texan cop who was shot to death- lovely right, it does explain why I always wanted to be a cop since I was two- why I like texas toast and ribs (barbecue especially) but not why I hate texas.  I think it has something to do with this life.  Now my father is a russian and I can't stand hot whether perhaps there is the key to the mystery.  If you want to know if you are a reincarnation of an actual person and not an animal then consult a hypnotist with considerable reputation in the field.  May cost a pretty penny but it might be worth it to find out.
