According the the Bible, Everyone who is born again of the Spirit by truely repenting of their sins and believing Gods testimony of Jesus Christ and is baptized. Becomes a saint at that moment that they believe. Mans good works cannot earn him this titile. Because we are only made righteous by what Jesus did on the cross. But I do know a wonderful woman of God named Amanda who was made a saint by the grace of God. God Bless!
