There cannot be proof, because if there were proof there would be no need for faith. This is a fundamental (and very convenient) aspect of virtually all belief systems.
This quotation is from the Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy
(Part of the Guide entry on the Babel Fish)
"Now it is such a bizarrely improbable coincidence that anything so mindboggingly useful could have evolved purely by chance that some thinkers have chosen to see it as the final and clinching proof of the non-existence of God.
The argument goes something like this: `I refuse to prove that I exist,' says God, `for proof denies faith, and without faith I am nothing.'
`But,' says Man, `The Babel fish is a dead giveaway, isn't it? It could not have evolved by chance. It proves you exist, and so therefore, by your own arguments, you don't. QED.'"
For Babel Fish, substitute anything that people of faith believe had to be created by God.
I'm still an agnostic.
No, he does not exist.. Only angels and devils exist.
Quite simply there is none, and that is the way it should be by modern standards. In order to believe in something you really cannot have any conclusive proof. Much of the "evidence" for God includes the word "perfect" when describing certain attributes of our environment. This includes the orbit of the Earth, our atmosphere, our brains, etc. But none of these things are truly perfect, they have improved and will continue to do so in one way or another and in some cases they will eventually catastrophically fail.
"In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth". The very first verse of the Bible shows that the Bible was not written to prove the existence of God. The authors of the Bible wrote it with the knowledge that God does exist. The existence of God is to be accepted by faith. But this does not meant that there is no proof of His existence. In addition to the biblical arguments for God's existence, there other arguments. The cosmological argument states that an effect must have a cause. So this universe and everything in it is an effect. The teleological argument states that since the universe displays such an amazing design, there must have been a divine Designer. Besides these we know God exist because of the ways He had touched and changed our personal lives with His love and grace.
Proof? I think you mean evidence. There is none and there never was.
Believers try ill supported argumentation, self referential arguments, basic logical fallacies and just plain stupidity to bolster their position.
The evidence of any manifestation in the real world does not exist.
The faith of unlimited peoples around the world proff that GOD is exit and he is always with us ever and forever.. Hope it help!
There isn't any real proof as he is 'invisible'....and the bible has an excuse for everything (try having a conversation about this to my grandma, its so much fun haha....what I really want to do some day is you know when they start using bible quotes on you...I just want to use some q'uran quotes ahaha) but ye for instance....if god exists why doesn't he cause world peace (reasonable question)....coz he gave us free will.....well if he cba to do that, then whats the point in praying to him if he ain't going to do anything about it.....coz otherwise you'll go to hell....how do you know hell exists....coz its in the bible.....oh stfu you old wrinkly-_-....no offense to her xD
No there is not. I agree with Anonymous, "There cannot be proof, because if there were proof there would be no need for faith." Think of it like this, say you wrote a test and right after the teacher showed you the answers. At that point you were able to undo what you made a mistake on. What if your mistake is not believe that there is a God? I mean, wouldn't you rather believe that there is a God, die and find out there isn't. Or would you rather not believe to die and found out there is?
Yeah some hobo coulve came up with the bible
