Of course, Jews can date Christians and vice versa. Don't forget there are also Messianic Jews, who believe in Jesus (who are largely rejected by the Jewish community). As long as you don't let religion get in the way, and the families don't get too nasty (or if you don't care what they think, which is pretty hard to do sometimes), you can date anybody you want and marry anybody you want.
