Moses was very important to Judaism. He was a leader of the Hebrews and a messenger from God. He led his people out of Egypt and to their promised land, Canaan. He first led them to Mt. Sinai. He went on top of the mountain for 40 years and came down with the 10 commandments. After that he led his people to Canaan the promised land.
Moses parted the Red sea to free his people and brought them the ten commandments and stone tablets.
This is because he was a very special baby who was born in royalty and he saved his people from his own brother who slaved the people.
He was the Lawgiver.
