If you are renavating your house then it can bring out the enities(ghost)out they don't like change becaus that is all they know and remember the house it is confusing for them.they are just letting you knowthey are not happy with the change.and if someone new is in the house they maybe telling you something too.I would like to add you to my friends list.
I don't know if your home is haunted, but you should not be inviting, approaching and be friendly with entities in your home. Oftentimes demon spirits imitate past loved ones or a nice lady. Don't be fooled or tricked. Do not play with spirits that are dead. Those that are dead are sometimes afraid that their time has ended on earth and are afraid to come before Jesus. God tells us in the bible, in deuteronomy 18:10... There shall not be found among you [any one] that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, [or] that useth divination, [or] an observer of times, or an enchanter, or a witch,...these things are detestable to God. In other words don't play with or seek people who can contact the dead.
