You should never have been allowed to see that movie at 6.  My parents wouldn't let me see it at 11.  To address your question:  Dreams in our subconcious have something to do with what is going on in our real lives.  Recurring dreams are the same, only more (I've had several recurring dreams myself)  Something is going on in your life that is not good for you and your mind is telling you.  Examine what that might be.  When you have the dream, examine what happened the day before.  There is something you need to address in order to get this dream to go away.  While you are still having, see if during your dream, you can take control and attack back, or have a cross or something.  This will help give you power.  Sometimes we can guide our dreams, I have.  Best of luck to you.

It is possibly called a spirit of fear.  2 things are happening, the evil one is tormenting you because he has right to.  Remove his right and the problem stops. Here are some helpful guidelines. First, ask Jesus to forgive you for watching the movie and perhaps any other horror movies. 2nd, forgive your parents for the poor judgment of allowing you to watch the movie. 3rd begin thanking God that He has not given you a spirit of fear but instead has given you a spirit of power, love and a sound mind. Ask for His Holy Spirit to dwell in you.  4th, invite Jesus to come into your life and help you. Ask him if there is anything you need to ask forgiveness for or anyone else you need to forgive and listen for His answer.  Repeat steps 1-4 until the bad dreams stop. Commit to do it for at least 90 days.  I would love to hear your progress report.
