Surah maeda. Verse 5 "This day are (all) good things made lawful for you. The food of those who have received the Scripture is lawful for you, and your food is lawful for them. And so are the virtuous women of the believers and the virtuous women of those who received the Scripture before you (lawful for you) when ye give them their marriage portions and live with them in honour, not in fornication, nor taking them as secret concubines. Whoso denieth the faith, his work is vain and he will be among the losers in the Hereafter. (5)" Secret affairs are clearly forbidden in islam. A marriage has to be announced in the society you live as per Islam. So secret marriages are not allowed in islam also. Above verse is clear that secret concubines are not allowed. Although man is allowed upto 4 marriages but allah says that its better if you marry one. Surah al-nisa, verse 3 And if ye fear that ye will not deal fairly by the orphans, marry of the women, who seem good to you, two or three or four; and if ye fear that ye cannot do justice (to so many) then one (only) or (marry the captives) that your right hands possess. Thus it is more likely that ye will not do injustice. (3) Surah al-nisa, verse 129-130 You will never be able to do perfect justice between wives even if it is your ardent desire, so do not incline too much to one of them (by giving her more of your time and provision) so as to leave the other hanging (i.e. Neither divorced nor married). And if you do justice, and do all that is right and fear Allâh by keeping away from all that is wrong, then Allâh is Ever Oft¬Forgiving, Most Merciful. (129) But if they separate (by divorce), Allâh will provide abundance for everyone of them from His Bounty. And Allâh is Ever All¬Sufficient for His creatures' need, All¬Wise. (130) So if your husband is having a secret affair, he is committing a sin. If he will use fake documents to prove her his wife, again he is doing something against Islam. He is lying. If he intends to make her his wife, he can't do it secretly. He has to announce it specilly to you and your kids. Unfortunately, if he does marry her, only Allah will question him in there hereafter about his equal treatment of time, money, love and everything. I pray that May Allah protect you from hurt and harm. Amen!
I wouldn't know but don't you have to get an divorce first? Or have you? Certianlly the embassy can tell them what do do
