Is Kissing And Touching Someone Haram Or Just A Sin?

Can you please elaborate "someone"?
In Islam it is completely allowed to Kiss and Touch your Wife and Husband. Kissing and Touching some stranger woman/man is not allowed or even If you know that woman/man you can only kiss them after "marry". It is not only in Islam but traditionally is in every religion to Kiss and touch only after marry. Even If someone do kiss any stranger woman/man then it is usually advised to marry her as must. Usually in every religion, instead of Kissing, before marrying it is advised to know each other more mentally then checking physically. Ask for forgiveness and do not go for such relationships which are haram.
Islam is a complete religion that totally understands humans' needs and would never impose any unnatural law. Here do note that like most other religions, even Islam forbids homosexual relationships.

Yes it is. Kissing and touching someone whom you are not married to. This is even an abomination in all of the other religions. Islam does not make such law if it is very important in our daily lives. May learn more about our religion and may God draw us far from ignorance. Ignorance is even darker than the night! It's a sin and of course it's haram . You should seek forgivness from Allah . If you r married will it b ok if a lady touches or kisses your man? Or if your a man will it b ok with you that someone will touch or kiss your sister? Islam is about traeting people the way you want them to treat you.

First of all in islam you r ot even allowed 2 have girlfrend or boy Friend so that is DEFINATELY NOT ALLOWED

Well duhh it is. But you need to make sure that even if your tepted then you try to go away form that sin no matter how hard it is and remember if you feel tempted to go near the oppite gender and then say NO thenyou mightget reward in the hereafter(ishal****)

If you love this person a lot then I don't see no harm in kissing. But I'll say you keep it to just an innocent kiss, maybe not a proper make-out :)
