How Do You Know If You Had A Past Life?

It may be easy for some, and difficult for others, but there have been actual recorded instances of people who remember small and very brief snatches of their past life.
There was one person who felt that he had been a soldier who had fought in the First World War in his past life, and who would have recurring nightmares of scenes from the war, and even smell the smell of gunpowder! This person was entirely convinced that he had been in a past life, and that he could remember it.
The same thing may not happen to many of us, although there are many among us who may feel a sense of 'déjà vu' when we pass a particular place, or may remember a few snatches of conversation and feel very familiar with it, as if we have already experienced it all in a past life.

I get a lot of 'deja vu'. And I do not remember if I had a past life but I kind of feel like. This might be weird but when I sleep in the night I always crawl my legs because I feel that someone is there behind my bed and I often see extremely crazy dreams
I think if you had a past life you might remember  a lot and not just the sense of ' deja vu'. Because past life is something that you have to predict. There are many ways back in my home country (srilanka) to find out about past life but it is very risky as you might even die so best thing is you don need to think about past life and break your head.
