What Is The Reason Behind The Conflict Between Muslims And Christians?

Yes it is true that now a day there is so much conflict between Muslims and Christians. The reason behind this is the politics and the dawn of west on the world. West politicians don't want to see that these two religions become combining.

The religious preachers of both religions just want to show there importance to the world, they are not concerned with the spreading of Islam or Christians. Except some people who are loyal with both of the religions. But there are some others, who think that if there will not be any conflict between these two religions then they will become combine and they will lost their powers. To sustain their power and rule over the world, it all their tricks.
However if they leave this world in peace then, there will not be any war in the world. If every one believe on one God and its whole prophets. Then every problem will be solve. There will not be any Muslim or Christian; they will be just human beings, who will take care of each other.

When they will leave there political tricks, and stop dominating over the world's underdeveloped and weak countries then there will not be any conflict.

the problem with your answer is the problem with religion. Every religion thinks theirs is the one true religion. While I may have been raised christain I have come to realize the centrism of all religions. Religion has caused more war and death than any other thing on the planet. People who strongly believe that their religion is the only way to reach god will do anything to not be proved wrong. Get over yourself and your religion. Its ok to be muslim. As an American and former Marine I would give my life for you to be able to practice Islam. I respect your beliefs. Can you return that same respect or would you rather die destroying christianity. I find Islam to be very fascinating and also to have many similarities to christianity. Open your eyes. Open your mind. OPEN YOUR HEART. Allah is about love and acceptance.

In Islam it is believed that Mohammed is God's prophet and that everyone who does not believe this is called an 'infidel' and is worthy of death unless they convert to Islam.

Christians believe Jesus is the Son of God and is God and that He came to pay for the sin penalty of mankind (for those who would put their trust in Him alone for payment of their sins). He is called the Prince of Peace, Lamb of God, Mighty God, the Bread of Life. He gave His life out of LOVE.

There is some confusion regarding Christianity. Islam teaches that in the past, Christians killed muslims (re: The Crusades). Those calling themselves Christians in the Crusades were either not Christians or were mis-led into believing they could gain heaven if they carried out orders to kill muslims.

No one can gain eternity in heaven by killing. The disciples asked Jesus the way - meaning the way to heaven-to God. He said "I am the Way, the Truth & the Life and no man comes to the Father except through Me."

Be aware that there are multi-tudes of people who think they are Christians because they were born in a Christian family but it is an individual choice to surrender your life to Jesus Christ the Savior.

If there is no conflict than how can there be a reason

At least not because of God. They are fighting for their governorship on another. They want to be the God of Other.
