It's nothing to do with what you eat or excrete, it has to do with what you think and say, and how you treat your fellow man. This should be apparent from the following verses.

Mark 7:15 (King James Version)

15There is nothing from without a man, that entering into him can defile him: But
the things which come out of him, those are they that defile the man. Better Yet, the New Living Translation:
15 It’s not what goes into your body that defiles you; you are
defiled by what comes from your heart.[a]
Footnote/a/ Mark 7:15  Some manuscripts add verse 16, Anyone
with ears to hear should listen and understand. Some people would like you to understand this one way , others- another way....

I understand  this way ---> its telling me that its not about if I eat pork- some believe it is unsafe to or unlawful to consume... Its telling me that its not about if I am a vegan- as some believe it is unhealthy or detrimental to do so,  its telling me that its not about if I 'don't eat certain types of crustaceans like shrimp because they are the alleged cockroaches of the oceans....What I understand here is that, its not what I put in my mouth, but what comes out of it. What I say with my mouth originates with what I said in my head, which originates with what I think in my heart, which is influenced by what I feel in my body... I beleive the mantra here should be 'Keep it Clean", in other words no violating other peoples being with my words, or degrading of my self with my speech... A good motto to digest, when first beginning in understanding of this verse, is the adage: "As a man thinketh so is he"

Jesua was telling them that eating without having repwatingly washing their hands according to Jewish custome would not defile them (would not make them unholy before God) but that what came out of their mouths (their words, lies, unkindness tothe common people) defiled them.  I hope this helps.

Mark 7:15 Nothing outside a man can make him unclean by going into him. Rather, it is what comes out of a man that makes him unclean.

True Defilement:

After speaking directly to the Pharisees and the teachers of the law, Jesus called the crowd around him because he wanted them to hear the crux of his teaching about what is clean. He prefaced his statement with a prophetic call to hear his words and then stated clearly what does and does not make a person unclean. What is external cannot defile a person. Food, for example, cannot do this-- even if it is eaten with unwashed hands or declared unclean by kosher food laws. What really makes a person unclean comes from within, out of the heart and the will--- what one thinks, says, desires, and does.

Some people are in question about what they should eat.

Jesus tells you in Luke 10:7-8 to 'eat what is set before you'.

Out of the mouths of RELIGION, comes defilement.

I defy you or any RELIGIOUS person to show me a single verse where JESUS COMPLIMENTED RELIGION, RELIGIOUS LEADERS, CRAFTED TEMPLES or SATAN.

Acts 7:47-48 & 17:24 tells you that GOD DOES NOT DWELL OR LIVE IN CRAFTED TEMPLES but you have been brainwashed from a young child to now that He does live in them starting with the ones that Jesus told you to HATE in Luke 14:26.

RELIGIONS will be happy to twist those verses into SUGAR COATED and TOTALLY OUT OF CONTEXT forms to manipulate your mind to think that God was not smart enough to inspire Luke to say these verses correctly, so they skilfully reword them so you can go to HELL with the ones that Jesus requires you to HATE.

Luke 6:20 ''Blessed are the POOR, their's is the kingdom of God. RELIGION will take you from this verse and lead you to Matthew 5:3 because it is easier to put in your head TOTALLY OUT OF CONTEXT.

I was going to agree with you when I started reading your post, but you got so busy just yelling and being angry that you never fully explained anything you said.
