How Can You Tell If Someone Is Practicing Witchcraft?

Best way would be to ask them.  I presume you mean 'would they wear special clothes' or 'speak in a funny way' or have no toes on their feet. I don't think you would know from those kinds of things, but you might notice a special aura about them.

I'm a witch People just Look at me and say ARE YOU A WITCH?: I'll look at them and not know what to say because some think its about bad things when really its not...
And everyone is scared of  Guy witchs they read about how they can Hypnotize you and be all mean that isn't true..atleast I hope not? Because I have  not met a male witch before only Females I have 2 aunts that do it I did it saving my dad when she got hit by a car I had no idea what I was doing...I didnt choose witchcraft it chose me...ask me I'll answer but please don't ask weird Questions like most do...like do you see things Because its very scary to open up I'm 15 yet

Witch craft practitioners look exactly like everyone else. The only way you can tell is to ask.

You ask them. Even then, they may or may not want to divulge their religious preference to you and that is their perogative. I wonder why you feel it's necessary for you to know someone's religion?
