Yes, Adam and Eve were the first people that God created.  I don't know where anyone got the notion that Adam would have a wife before Eve, but it is not true.

Yes, they are the first people recorded in the Bible, most definitely.

The Jewish Kaballah does claim that Adam had a previous wife called "Lilith", but she is not mentioned anywhere in the Bible.

No, they're not - see Genesis 1:27, also see Genesis 4:16-17 - who did Cain take for a wife?

Genesis 5:4 After Seth was born, Adam lived 800 years and had other sons and daughters. 5 Altogether, Adam lived 930 years, and then he died.

Cain married one of his sisters. This was not forbidden till then.

Genesis 3:24 ~ After Adam and Eva sinned; they were told to go and reside with the people of the east side of Eden.

In Genesis 1:27 ~ people where created there, not only Adam and Eva by then.
