Of course Namaz E Janaza was held and in fact only few attended this prayer because many of them were busy to select who will be the next Caliph. They didnt have enough time to burry our beloved Prophet. Only his family members and few SHABAH of
Prophet (SAW) was present there. Few names are as follows who were
present:Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib (He was the first to offer the prayer).
Abbas ibn Abdul Muttalib Fadhl ibn Abbas Qathm ibn Abbas Usama bin Zayd
bin Haritha Aus bin Khuli Ansari. Etc.
