Actually it is not possible for Muslims to date outside their religion. In fact it is also prohibited for Muslims to date at all.
The concept behind this restriction is that, woman and man can not be bound in a relationship outside matrimony. Any man who is not the father, brother, brother in law, husband, son, son in law, uncle of a Muslim woman, is restricted to have a relation ship. A woman must protect herself from any such men by means of "Parda" or in other words a veil. She must only converse and communicate with them when there is dire necessity.
The question of dating any such men is totally out of question. Even according to modern Islamic values, it is frowned upon if a woman or a man is having a relationship with the opposite gender without marriage. They can have positive and fruitful relations as colleagues or in some cases friends however, dating is not possible.
Dating outside religion for Muslims is thus not possible. Especially for women, who can not marry out of their religion. Whereas men can marry only " Ahal-e-kitab".
