We have dreams for different reasons. Sometimes we dream of certain things or people just because they've been on our mind; sometimes we dream of things or people based on our feelings toward them or about them. Sometimes we have crazy dreams because we're just really tired. I'm sure you don't want your sister drowning, nor do I believe that's going to happen to her, I wouldn't worry about it.
