It could mean that you are hungry for catfish. :) or you feel somewhere in the back of your head that you are pushing against forces in your life that are holding you back.(swimming up stream) . Or that you want to believe what some one else is telling you instead of listening to your own conscious mind,and deciding for yourself what you are feeling.
