My brother is a Capricorn, I'm a Pisces. That's a whole different thing, but from what I see him as, I'd respect him even If we're not Siblings, and could soon like the Capricorn personality. I think the Pisces would have to be herself or himself to attract the Capricorn, and not take the Capricorn too seriously in insults and just laugh at them, keep on grinning. Capricorn might not be able to express his feelings as much as he'd or she'd like, maybe even without realizing it, but you must know that he truly does love you.
