Vampires in the sense of supernatural blood sucking beings, no. There are people with some of their traits though, such as extreme sensitivity to light which will kill them. I cannot remember what it is called, but they must remain out of UV light for their entire life. There are others who would drink raw blood and otherwise have dark rituals similar to vampires, but as for supernatural vampires, no, they do not exist.
