Some dreams are considered omens in different religions and sometimes they are a glimpse of whats to come in the future. Personally I just think that its her desire to have a baby and you just happen to be the person that she is with at this time. Also sometimes, women have these dreams in the early stages of pregnancy. Have her take a home pregnancy test (or 5) and then plan for whether or not you want 1 at this point in your relationship or not
