I have those dreams too, but my boyfriend is dying. He might not be the tests aren't sure, but there is a good chance and I keep imagining it and dreaming it.
Is your boyfriend emotionally weak or in danger. If he seems depressed maybe that could be the cause. Of course I don't know exactly why but maybe it's a fear you have. I do not think it will actually happen so let off the worries and I'm sure it will go away :]
